How Many Restroom Trailers Do I Need?
The right number of stalls comes down to how many guests are coming. Use the helper below, then read the simple rule we use when we size events across South Florida.
Each trailer's guest count is its maximum: one bathroom (a private room or a urinal) for every 50 guests. That is why the 2-Stall is rated for up to 100 guests, the 5-Stall for up to 250 and the 10-Stall for up to 500.
At the maximum, expect a short line at the busiest moments. For comfort with no lines, we recommend 1 bathroom for every 25 guests, which means choosing a trailer rated for about twice your guest count.
The mix of guests matters too. Women's rooms see longer visits than urinals, so for a wedding or a gala we lean toward trailers with more private rooms. For festivals and sporting events with a mixed crowd, urinals keep the lines moving.
Finally, think about placement. One large trailer in the right spot is often better than two small ones, but at a big site with a long walk, two trailers at either end can be the better plan. Tell us about your venue and we will help you decide.
Each trailer's guest count is the maximum (1 bathroom per 50 guests). For comfort with no lines, we recommend 1 bathroom for every 25 guests.
